In order for your change process to be successfully implemented, there is possibly a need to change focus throughout the organization.  A successful focus is one that goes from the traditional management style of control to one of commitment to one of customer focus to one of continuous improvement.  This focus looks at the future and understands that if you continuously do things that you’ve always done and expect different outcomes, it is crazy.  Therefore, the idea of continuous improvement is vital to the future success of an organization.
